The location was quite practical and the neighborhood is safe. Comfortable bed and spacious room.
The overuse of air fresheners in the room can be annoying since I'm very sensitive to such products. I also run out of warm water the morning I had to check out (3 night stay).

Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock eines hohen Wohnhauses in der Vorstadt. Man könnte die Gegend, den Eingang und das Haus von innen als gruselig bezeichnen, insbesondere wenn man alleine nachts nach Hause kommt. Die Umgebung ist also nicht so ansprechend. Ich habe dort aber keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht.

very clean, everything you need is in the apartment (towels, TP, pot, plates, even coffee)
building is worn down and elevator not working

Room met expectations- checkin was easy. Location and connectivity via bus stop was nice.
Theres no lift in the building (there is but it doesn’t work). So need to climb 4 floors. There were some minor plumbing issues in the bathroom(slow water drainage/flush tank leakage)
