About this apartment rental
2 bedroom apartment with a great location downtown Funchal by the beautiful gardens and no hills to climb. The apartment has air conditioning and Netflix. The apartment is all about location within 5 minutes walk from the promenade and Marina where most buses stop, the Cathedral or cable car station. It is also within walking distance from the most important monuments of Funchal, the Theatre, The Ritz Café, The Golden Grand Café, the very typical Market and Old Town where there is a swimming area called Barreirinha. All amenities are within a stone's throw as it is also close to the La Vie Shopping Centre, opened every day with a 24/7 pharmacy and a large supermarket Pingo Doce on the bottom floor. Lots of possibilities for visitors to easily discover the town.
The apartment has free parking, upon availability.
It has just undergone a complete renovation, new kitchen/breakfast bar, new bathroom and air conditioning.

Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use product to disinfect surfaces all around the property.
Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in between guests.

The apartment is centrally located with easy access to all that Funchal has to offer. The host is very friendly and helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. The host met us on arrival and showed us the apartment and how to access the private car park. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The description is very accurate. There is a lift but there are a few steps leading up to it which is worth noting if accessibility is an issue. Overall, we had an excellent stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

This property is very nice and in a great location. Close to everything in funchal which is a wonderful town. The only thing that is a bit inconvenience is the construction at this building at this time. It is very loud 8:00am til around 5:00pm daily.Elsa is very easy to deal with.
