Very nice village house, built in local stone and completely renovated.
Fully air conditioned, this house ideally oriented overlooking the Gulf of Porto and Capu d'Ortu from each room, has 4 large bedrooms (sleeps 8) with 2 closets and 2 wardrobes spread over 2 levels:
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with sea view, one with balcony (double beds) - 1 large bathroom with toilet
Ground floor: large living room - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge) - 1 bathroom with toilet - 1 bedroom sea view (2 single beds).
The large terrace of 90 m², fully furnished and stone, offers a breathtaking view of this magnificent panorama for moments of relaxation and conviviality (barbecue / gas plancha, sunbathing, table tennis, petanque ...)
Below the house, you benefit from private parking of 150 m² fenced to park your vehicles easily.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette maison d’une propreté irréprochable (en ces temps incertains, c’est tellement appréciable!) où tout est pensé et organisé dans les moindres détails!
Cuisine super équipée, excellente literie, très bien entretenue et très bien située.
Et que dire du charmant accueil des propriétaires ? Si ce n’est qu’ils mettent tellement de soin dans leur maison que leurs locataires ne peuvent qu’en prendre grand soin!
Bref, une seule envie: y retourner!… et … vite…!!!

Emplacement très calme. Climatisation appréciable.
Belle surprise avec un panier d'accueil très bien garni.
Idéalement situé pour découvrir l'ensemble de Golfe de Porto.

Merci encore ! Notre séjour dans la maison de Roberta a juste été parfait, l'environnement d abord qui a un charme fou avec la petite église qui jouxte la maison, le calme du petit village de Curzu et la maison parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de climatisation bien utile avec les grosses chaleurs, et la terrasse avec vue sur le Golfe de Porto.
Nous espérons y revenir...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle (literie, extérieur, équipements menagers) avec une vue sur le golfe de Porto et dans un village authentique, calme et apaisant.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes et les remercions vivement pour leur bienveillance.
N'hésitez pas à louer !!
