About this house rental
beautiful villa of 135m2 habitable with panoramic views of the sea and the Gulf of Peru
you will spend your holidays in an idyllic setting, nestled in the maquis 5mm from the beach of Peru and Chiuni.
if you like tranquility, the sea and nature you type at the right address
you have a terrace of 65 m2 with this magical view of the maquis and the sea, this side of the house is oriented southwest with the sun from morning to evening.
On the north side, a garden of more than 100m2 shaded by olive trees, bamboos and oaks.
this dining area and idleness becomes pleasant at night.
the house has three bedrooms including a suite of 25m2 with bathroom (shower and bath), wc and dressing room
a second separate toilet and a second bathroom with shower are in the hallway.
two other rooms of approximately 13m2, the first equipped with a double bed and the second with a double bed and a twin bed (sleeps 2)
the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living space of 60m2.
the whole house is air conditioned with quality equipment so that your holidays are pleasant.
There is a split air conditioning in the main room and other split in the master suite.
We would like to point out that the bottom of the house is also classified as gite is and rented.
The entrances are independent with the top of the villa.
Your parking is private (2 places) as your outdoor areas and not overlooked.

- Spielsteine für Kinder vorhanden
- Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorhanden, jedoch ohne bodenhülse nicht nutzbar.
- Sonnenschirm Balkon kaputt
- Schranktüre schiebeschrank nicht in der schiene (kann man fast nicht schieben)
- Stühle Esszimmer rissig
- Keine kleinen Handtücher zum Händewaschen für die Waschbecken vorhanden.
- Wischeimer nicht nutzbar da ein Riss bis nach unten das füllen mit Wasser nicht möglich macht.
- Schimmel am silikon in der Dusche. - Wäschekorb zum Wäsche waschen fehlt
Bis auf die Mängel war der Aufenthalt super. Wir würden die unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Maison bien située avec vue sur la mer au loin, 2 terrasses agréables soleil ou ombre. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles , excellent séjour à refaire.

La maison, spacieuse et fonctionnelle, est très agréable à vivre. Les environs offrent beaucoup de possibilités d’excursions et d’activités.

Très belle location , bien équipée et décorée avec soin. Les deux terrasses sont très agréables et la vue mer/campagne au top.
Pierre le propriétaire est disponible et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. La maison est idéalement située pour rayonner dans le quart nord Ouest de l’ile qui regorge de merveilles à découvrir à la fois en bord de mer et en montagne. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.
