Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja. Dobre wifi. Blisko pizzeria i markety
Niestety muszę to napisać, Uważam że końcowe wynoszenie śmieci powinno być w zakresie całkowitej usługi wynajmu, a tutaj gospodyni przyniosła dodatkowy worek i kazała spakować resztkę plastyków i wynieść na śmietnik.

L’ environnement de Portu est exceptionnel . Magnifiques ballades à vélo ( électrique) à faire.
Proximité des magasins. Propriétaire très accueillante qui connaît très bien région.
Possibilité de garer la voiture devant l appartement.
Équipement cuisine pourrait être amélioré. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain . Une couverture supplémentaire aurait économisé la mise en marche du chauffage.
En cas de mauvais temps l‘ espace intérieur est peu adapté/insuffisant.

Appartement neuf très bon état bien équipé
La terrasse qui donne sur la rue très passante car elle constitue l'accès pour la marina donc bruyant pas très convivial dommage

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet appartement.
Très bien équipé, propre, moderne, bien placé avec des commodités proches.
Francoise, la propriétaire est accueillante, gentille et aux petits soins.
RAS éventuellement le wifi n’est pas top mais pas grave, c’était les vacances !
