About this house rental
Our property lies adjacent to the village of Beckwithshaw and only 2 miles from the centre of Harrogate, in a stunningly beautiful, rural location. A very spacious property, probably 10 times the space of a standard hotel room. We offer a home from home feeling, privacy and peace and quiet. Beams throughout this idylic property. Bedroom and bathroom on upper floor. Downstairs kitchen, dining and lounge.
We have installed a carbon monoxide alarm. Situated on top of beam above bed.
Toilet and shower now adjusted to use less water. (Turn shower dial to 11o'clock for maximum water heat)
Outdoor areas for eating and drinking. Front field with very easy access to dog walk and toilet.
Plenty walks around us and dog friendly pub.

We had been looking forward to this little break in Yorkshire especially as TheThreshing Barn looks so gorgeous. Unfortunately we had to cancel with about a week to go as our dog became very unwell and needed urgent treatment. Andrew and Kate were very sympathetic. We hope to be able to stay at The Threshing Barn next year. Fingers crossed!

We were very well looked after in this lovely peaceful barn and yet we were only a very short distance from Harrogate centre. It suited our requirements perfectly.

Amazing bolt hole for our weekend away, very well equipped, lovely decorative touches all over, so peaceful a perfect place to detox from everyday life. Highly recommend.
