The location was perfect for our needs - easily accessible by public transport (pleasant 10-min walk from the metro station) and a nice quiet haven from the bustle of city after our days' exploring. Collecting the key was easy, and communication with the host was excellent - she checked in with us regularly to check everything was OK, and quickly provided all the info we needed to settle in.
The apartment was just a short flight of steps/lift away from the ground floor in a quiet neighbourhood. Inside, the apartment was very nicely presented with a good-sized kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a lounge. Everything was nice and clean, and in good condition. If I visit Naples again, I'd definitely stay there!

Nice location with a great host giving recommendations on places to eat. Well organized arrival and departure procedure.
The appartment is well maintained, but as it is a traditional place also a bit old. Everything functions well, but eg some electricity entry points did not fit for my laptop - I could only charge it in the kitchen or bathroom
