Casa Rosa - Sea View & Terrace Apartment

C'est une maison de caractère contrairement à beaucoup de locations. La vue est exceptionnelle. Tout est bien pensé et la terrasse est particulièrement bien aménagée. Bus et supérette à quelques centaines de mètres dans la rue du dessus: très appréciable. Mention spéciale pour la communication et l'efficacité de Rosa et Frédérica qui ont toujours su répondre aux petits problèmes (arrivée 01h au lieu de 18h30/ commande de taxis...) comme proposer des visites ou restos... Les attentions de bienvenue sont nombreuses et adaptées: merci encore pour ce séjour.

The service provider was attentive to your needs and gave very clear instructions on how things work, and what to avoid. The property was well prepared to welcome guests.

Not anything about the property but there was a black out in the area the first night we stayed due to an earthquake. The blackout lasted for about 30 to 45 min. 1. The raised step near the door entrance should have some sort of warning which was addressed promptly during the stay. 2. The water drainage of the shower was a bit slow and the water holding capacity was not enough so the bathroom floor outside of the shower can easily get wet. The shower cubicle upstairs also is not enclosed fully so water can come out as well.

Il posto è meraviglioso con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli e il Vesuvio si trova all'interno di un parco privato e avevamo il posto macchina esattamente davanti al cancello di ingresso dell'appartamento (si paga a parte) il posto è silenzioso silenzioso con una grande terrazza dove domina un albero che ho scoperto essere una rosa.
