We had a really nice stay. The place was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our time here.

The only small downside was the plant next to the bathtub — it could use a little water or perhaps be removed. 😊

Central but not busy location, pleasant atmosphere inside the apartment, good equipment, friendly and helpful host.

There are train station under the house and sometimes it was a little bit loudly, but that didn’t matter us because we woke up early.

Very disappointing for the price Unfortunately, our three-night stay was quite disappointing, particularly given the price of almost €300 per night. The main issue is the significant gap between what is presented in the listing and what you actually get. This feels much more like a basic Airbnb than a hotel, with very limited services. The apartment is rather dated and would clearly benefit from a proper refurbishment. Some aspects of the cleanliness were also questionable and should receive more attention. The “included breakfast” was probably the biggest disappointment. It consists of just a coffee, an orange juice and a pastry that you have to pick up from a café about 150 metres away. At nearly €300 per night, calling this a breakfast included in the hotel rate feels quite misleading. Delivery is possible, and to be fair, the host was responsive and flexible and helped us arrange it, which we appreciated. There was also no hairdryer in the apartment, which seems like a very basic amenity that should be provided by default at this price level.
