This single-storey annexe is attached to the owner's home two miles from the town of Filey and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Hawthornden is a single-storey annexe attached to the owner's home, two miles from the town of Filey. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin room which has zip/link beds which can be a king-size double on request. There is also a family bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for one car and additional roadside parking, bike storage and an enclosed patio with a lawned area, furniture and barbecue. Hawthornden is a well placed cottage for an enjoyable holiday at any time of year.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car plus roadside parking. Bike storage. Enclosed patio with pizza oven and lawned area with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: This property benefits from being on the edge of a holiday park with direct bus routes to Scarborough and Bridlington. Note: This property does not have facilities for electric car charging

Everything great apart from bed in en suite shower room which my daughter said was uncomfortable and it squeaked every time they turned over and we could hear it on our bedroom it was so Loud.
