Spacious villa with beautiful volumes, located in a quiet residential environment, not overlooked, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the city center of Sainte-Anne.

Capacity: 10 people and 2 babies.

Everything is done for the safety of our young travellers and the reception of the little ones: removable protective nets preventing any access to the swimming pool with a depth of 1.50 m. At your disposal beach games and toys, buoys etc... Also at your disposal and at no extra charge: 2 cots, high chair, stroller, crockery, bathtub.

Sweetness of life, calm, comfort and space are its assets with excellent value for money.

The exterior includes: a 40 m2 swimming pool area with its solarium equipped with deckchairs and a spacious 60 m2 covered terrace on 40 m2 inviting you to relax: sofas, armchairs and coffee table to enjoy the ti-punches, deckchairs and deckchairs for idleness.
A large dining room table allows you to enjoy your meals in the shade. Meals that you may have cooked on the gas plancha.
Enjoy your evenings thanks to the outdoor lights.

Layout of the 180 m2 villa:

First floor:

- The living room consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen with serving hatch and view of the pool, a dining room and a living room with Orange TV, Wi-Fi Internet. It opens onto the outdoor terrace.
- A separate toilet and a pantry with a second fridge for always cold drinks, a washing machine and dryer, an iron and an ironing board. In the cupboards: masks, snorkels, coolers, armchairs and beach mats.

- Two air-conditioned bedrooms communicating by the bathroom with shower and toilet. One with a 160 cm double bed and the other perfect for children with its two single beds.

On the first floor:

- Two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed. These two bedrooms open onto a balcony with a view of Marie-Galante.
- A ventilated mezzanine space (not air-conditioned) with 2 single beds,
- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

Outside:

- A shower at the back of the villa for returning from the beach or hiking,
- A parking lot allowing you to easily park two cars and a garage under the terrace,
- A water reserve in the event of a municipal network cut.
- Solar panels ensure hot water for the entire villa.

Our concierge service welcomes you on site and will offer you various services: local meals delivered to the villa and why not a chef at home, but also intermediate cleaning.

Welcome ti-punch and first breakfast offered. On request: arrival dinner in Creole colors.

Towels and household linen provided except beach towels.

Our villa is not accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.
It has been declared at the town hall as a furnished tourist accommodation.
