About this villa rental
Amarante is a comfortable villa of 130 m2, labeled 4 stars tourism. Its convivial terrace is organized around the secured swimming pool, (alarm and removable barrier on request), in the middle of a tropical garden.
The swimming pool and the garden are regularly maintained by professionals.
In addition, the villa is equipped with a tank of 2,200 liters (with a booster group) connected to the public water network in case of water cutoff.
The sea view opens the horizon and plunges you into a holiday atmosphere under the tropical sun.
Amarante offers four air-conditioned bedrooms (plus one, in air-conditioned bungalow) four bathrooms with walk-in showers (plus one, in bungalow) and a modern, newly fitted kitchen with an electric wine cellar.
The lounge offers a pleasant setting for watching TV, listening to music or surfing the internet.
The villa has a capacity of 8 people. A bungalow for 2 people is available to tenants of more than 8 people, with supplement .. The ground of 1000 m2 is entirely closed and accessible by an electric portal for a total intimacy and security. The villa is equipped with an alarm, a safe and offers private parking spaces. There is no vis-à-vis and the residential area is very quiet.
The villa is located just 8 minutes walk from "Pierre et Vacances" and its tourist facilities (tennis, surf lessons, jet ski, windsurfing, diving) and its renowned restaurant, "le Balaou" which is open noon and night. It is possible to take advantage of these paid services. The two beaches of the "Pierre et Vacances" lagoon are maintained daily and are accessible to everyone free of charge.
For surf enthusiasts, the beach "Gros sable" is only 600 meters. It is a starting point for hiking along the coastal path that joins the famous beach "Bois Jolan" and its turquoise lagoon lined with coconut trees.
Moreover, only 8 kms separate you from the seaside resort of Saint-François, appreciated for its marina, its restaurants, its night market, its international golf, its casino, its nautical base, its fishing port and its ferry terminal which serves the rest of the archipelago. The unit was great, the wives were happy to have a two washing machines for use, but had to use the traditional methods for drying our cloths, which is fine. Great area, close to everything needed, surf beaches, or calmer beaches. Bring your own towels though, the ones provided are not enough and have an awkward mold like odor to them. Beautiful grounds, spacious for pets to run around, felt safe. The only other odd thing was that the Master unit did not have a toilet, so we had to go out to the foyer area for usage, no big deal. A nice loft space upstairs for the kids, and two other bedrooms with in unit bathrooms as well. There is an additional guest room out back if needed for another couple which could be a nice to have. We were 5 adults 3 teens and 2 infants. The Bus that runs to the town center of Sainte Anne passes right down the street at the corner, so that's a plus. Overall a nice place to stay.

2 famillies from the Poconos, stayed for 10 days in oct 17, late arival at the property, Veronika was there for us, she explained all the house instructions. Nice size home, nice backyard with the pool and hottub. Kids had a good time. Place was hard to find at night , we downloded the Googlemap offline and it didn't find the dead end street, my fault. Veronika was great again at the check out, we left at 5.30 am, she gave our deposit back. We highly recomend the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Amarante. The house was located in a quiet area but not far from St. Francois and plenty of great nearby beaches. The rooms were all clean and a good size. The kitchen was well-equipped. The patio area was great. Perfect for meals and for relaxing and reading. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too! It was easy to book the property and Veronika was very responsive to any questions we had. She provided a great guide of local attractions and restaurants.
