Geneviève welcomes you to your studio located a 3-minute walk from the Pierre et Vacances beaches, a 15-minute drive from Sainte-Anne beach, and 10 minutes from Saint-François and its shops. Studio includes: Walk-in shower, Equipped kitchen, 140x200 cm bed, Television, Swimming pool, Sun loungers, Barbecue, Buffer tank. For walkers, athletes, and surfers, a walking trail is located nearby. 200 meters on foot from the studio. This path leads to the Helleux surf spot. The accommodation: The studio is new to the seasonal rental market. We will try our best to ensure everything goes smoothly and to address any needs you may have during your stay. The Manioc studio is comfortable for everyday living. The terrace includes a dining area with a table and four chairs, a clothes rack, and a fully equipped kitchenette. From the dining area, there is a pleasant view overlooking the pool and garden. The air-conditioned bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, is equipped with a wardrobe, a double bed with two cushions, two thick, firm, anti-mite pillows and two soft pillows, a TV, and internet access. Each side of the bed has its own bedside lamp and electrical outlet. The bathroom area includes a sink, a mirror, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. A bamboo towel rack is located in the bathroom. A small bottle of shower gel will be available for you while you do your initial shopping. The interior space is ventilated by the bay window as well as 2 shutters in the bathroom and one shutter in the bedroom. Mosquito nets are installed on the shutters to protect you as much as possible from mosquitoes. I will provide bed linens, bath towels, and washcloths. A cooler will be available for you to store your fresh food while you are out and about. In addition, a breakfast basket will be provided for your first morning, so you can go shopping with a full stomach. Total area: 27m². Outside: The swimming pool is equipped with 2 sun loungers and a small table for your glass, book, etc. A charcoal barbecue is also available for you to prepare delicious meals. Barbecue. I'm rarely seen outside, except to water my plants. I never use the swimming pool, the sun loungers, and very rarely the barbecue. You will have all the pleasant space to yourselves.
