About this apartment rental
Two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor condo in quiet neighborhood. Rental property includes full kitchen with new appliances (as of Oct 2023) balcony, and 5 block walk to the beach!!! All bed linens and towels provided. Full kitchen (includes dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc.) with dish washer. Washer and dryer included. Four beach passes included. Six beach chairs provided. Tommy Bahama beachcart provided. 2 assigned parking spots. Electric grill on deck. Television with basic cable package and internet service included for your stay. Quarter mile walk to the playground. Three steps to enter into condo. Picture of entrance is displayed in photo section. All ages welcome. Families and groups of adults (at least age 25) are our desired tenants. Exceptions could be made based off facts and circumstances. We do require adult supervision of children under age 18. We have recently added new kitchen appliances, remodeled our bathrooms (Fall 2024), a new roof was installed (Fall 2024), new kitchen and foyer floors (May 2025) and new vinyl exterior to the building will be installed by Summer 2025.
Sleeping arrangements - master bedroom has Queen size bed, second bedroom has two twin size beds (one of the beds is a trundle bed which fits under the twin size bed in the picture).
Total of (4) occupants allowed.

We had a great stay. The condo had ample towels, kitchen supplies and beach chairs. Sara was readily available for questions. The 2 parking spots were convenient and the weather worked out great.

The house was as described, close to the beach very quite location. I would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Would say the pictures are accurate in telling about the apartment…but click on them for the full scope (much better than the shrunken pics!)
I will say we found the apartment to be especially comfortable and cozy. All appliances you would need, including w/d. Also, and quite notable, the owners provided all linens, towels, beach necessities, etc. A must for us but not always provided it seems. Makes a vacation away truly a vacation.
A couple of wishes: Professional cleaning, though apartment was mostly very well cleaned. Some of this was due to updating needed, which is taking place (new sinks and vanities arrived during our stay!)
But mostly, the property’s surroundings left something to be desired. One is there for the outdoors and the immediate outdoor space is wanting. However, Ortley and Lavallette are quite nice and easy to enjoy once you get out and about.
Owners were very accommodating, nice, and extremely responsive. We were quite appreciative. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
