Tucked in the quieter premium north end, the sand, boardwalk, and local spots to eat and explore all await you. Inside, you will find an open-concept living space with three bedrooms, giving you space to continue unwinding and rejuvenating after a fun-filled day at the beach. Begin your mornings with a coffee in the warm sunlight on the shared patio, and end the evenings with a BBQ cook-out or movie on the screen with your loved ones. With your comfort at the forefront, this home allows you to recharge between your Seaside beach adventures.

• Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen on the first floor
• 3 cozy bedrooms upstairs:
➤ Bedroom 1: Full bed
➤ Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
➤ Bedroom 3: Full bed
• Please note that Bedroom 2 and 3 are rail-road style, the bedrooms flow into each other making it the ideal room for kids
• 1 full bathroom downstairs
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms for a comfortable night’s sleep

We’re excited to host you! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests—and to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors—please take a moment to review and follow these simple guidelines during your stay:
Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.
To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.
Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.
No Parties or Loud Gatherings
➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

• Pet Policy
➤ We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.
➤ Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.
➤ Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.
Our Cleanliness Promise
➤ We take pride in offering a clean space.
➤ If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.
Additional Notes
• We provide a starter pack of paper products.
• Parking: 1 car (a $250+ value for weekly stays). Huge perk, as finding parking during summer is challenging or you must pay exorbitant fees at parking lots.
• All televisions are Smart TVs; you can log in with your own accounts to continue what you were watching at home
For your safety, we have security cameras covering the exterior of the property including the entrance and patio areas.
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

This property is reasonably priced and close to the beach in North Seaside Heights. The owner was responsive to emails. One recommendation is that the property be more thoroughly cleaned between visitors, as it only deserved 4 stars on this item.

3 small bedrooms on second floor up a very steep staircase. You have to go through one bedroom to gete to another. Young children and people with mobility problems should not stay here because of the stairs. One small bathroom on the first floor has no fan and is always damp and musty. The place is ok because of its location, but just barely ok.
