About this house rental
Updated 3 Bedroom house private yard and sundeck, Walking distance to all the attractions. In the business of making great memories that last a lifetime. Use of 7 Beach badges during your stay. This house has 3 bedrooms one with a queen bed the second has a trundle that is 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin. there is a role away twin in the closet as well. the house has a dishwasher a washer machine and a dryer. The house also has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The sundeck overlooks the private backyard where you will find a bbq. We rented for many years with so many positive reviews and have just as many repeat renters. I am always a phone call, text, or email away. We love it and know you will to.

This was a great stay in a great location! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need! Walk to the beach, boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants! We were here on the off season but I appreciated the fact that I could get to the boardwalk easily for a daily workout. I was here with my partner, a couple of siblings and a friend. The house easily accommodated five adults with private space and room for more. Two bathrooms was a plus for our group.

We had a great time to walk to the boardwalk wasn’t more. The house is actually bigger than it looks on the Internet.

We had a great time staying at Eric’s property. We had three small children and the house had plenty of room for everyone to play. The walk to the beach was not bad at all! Just a few blocks up the street and a stroller/wagon made it doable with kids. We would rent this house again for future vacations.
