Summary:
This newly renovated house is just half a block from the beach and boardwalk. It is perfectly located one block south of Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach Waterpark.
The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you are coming/staying with your parents or parents staying with your children, do not book without contacting me first as pricing and rules vary based on group! If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.
This newly renovated house is just half a block from the beach and boardwalk.
This unit contains a renovated kitchen area, fully stocked with housewares, small appliances as well as refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove/oven. It also contains a completely renovated bathroom and well appointed living room area with television. The whole space is newly tiled throughout as well. There is a mini-split air conditioning unit complete with thermostat for your comfort. And for outdoor space, there is a spacious backyard made of stone, which has a barbeque, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower.
This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with young children. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back from an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with family and friends is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.
Pricing can vary based on the group renting so please contact us for more information. If you are a larger group, there are two other units on the same property that can be rented in addition to this unit. If you are a really large group/extended family, we own another multi-family house right next door so please inquire!

Close to boardwalk! Some comments have been that this location is noisy. This was not our experience. The back patio was very quiet. No noise from the boardwalk, or even those on the sidewalk bothered us.

The space is small but totally perfect for our stay as we didn't spend much time in the apt. Rooms are comfortable and have great storage. Would have liked more light in the kitchen workspace, but overall worked out fine.
