Nice comfortable stay near all main transportation modes and safe neighborhood

Close to airport, supermarket, bus stop and train station. Quiet neighborhood with few restaurants not far from the property

1. Noise, whenever someone is leaving their room or going out to smoke you can spot them, moreover. 2. Safety, as a woman , i didn t feel very safe, there was a creepy man there, he didn t stop coming back and forth in the corridor.

Very good, economical accommodation essentially for air travelers at very good value for money

This is a very good, economical accommodation essentially for airport travelers. The rooms are purpose-built, compact, but with all essentials there, and actually cozy. Comfortable bed; bathroom, kitchen. Check-in is automated and easy. The location is a short ride by bus, taxi/uber or train to the Airport, and even walking, about 35 min., is possible/good, which can be a solution e.g. for very early morning flights, if traveling light. Wifi was very good. Parking available around the hotel. Altogether very good value for money at strategic location.

The room had windows and a sliding door to the common corridor, but no windows directly to the outside. But the air inside was still good, and for a short stay for air travel purposes this was really ok and not detracting.

A good place to stay if you need to be close to Brussels Airport

The location is excellent if you have an early flight from Brussels Airport, with buses available at approximately 5:30 a.m. The studio was fully equipped with everything you needed, and check-in and check-out were very simple. Housekeeping was also excellent.

Although the location is ideal for getting to the airport, it's quite difficult to get to the center of Brussels, as there are only one or two buses available. Privacy isn't the best, as the doors are sliding windows, so if you want some sunlight during the day, you have to open the room's curtains, leaving the entire interior visible to the outside.

Easy walk from Zaventem train station and towards the airport

Although I have locked the door, the door appeared unlocked in the morning and there was a small cockroach crawling on the table. Please make sure to check the door properly.

Good Practical Clean Safe Location!

location was good close to supermarket, it was warm, all you need is there. Good eateries around the corner. People are considered even though everything is relatively close to one another. Shower, Toilet, Bed very Clean. Very Practical location for a stay-over. Possibly 2-4 days max. Is good : ) Instagram is the Way to Communicatie on chat

Horrible service

The bathroom was clean, room too

The service, I sent in a total of 27 messages and waited 2.5 hours to get the code for the room key. If you want a concept like this, you have to have extreme alert service staff. The vending machine didn't work with the card. And they ask you to call a Belgium local number. What if you're a foreign client?? With me was a Pakistan guest. Same issue

Cheap but well equipped, the best choice if you need a hostel relatively close to the airport.

Good hostel for a 1 or 2 night stay, half an hour walk from the airport.

The walls are very thin (but there are earplugs prepared in the room in case your neighbor is noisy like mine was).

Basic, functional, good value near airport

Good basic room with close proximity to the airport. Functional and clean at a great price with unusual self check-in feature that took some getting used to but worked well. 10 minute walk to restaurants and I took a 5 minute local bus to the airport in the morning, (2.5 Euro, BTW). It's my go-to for my last night in Brussels.

Compact room close to airport

Small and compact minimalistic room that had everything necessary if you need to sleep somewhere and there's a plane early in the morning.

The empty fridge just kept working and making noise pointlessly. The glass door shows a bit too much inside and you can't have natural light without being visible to bypassing other guests.

Besides issues, I can say that this place have met my exptectations

I can emphasize cleanness and neatness of the object. It is located in peaceful and calm neighbourd. Worth mentioning that there is small kitchen with all utensils that one can need, (normal size fridge, two places cooktop, and small washing basin).

Sometimes the tenants tend to be loud, but for short time. The glass door to the room are somewhat weird, (make sure You, the reader, knows that these door are entrance to the rooms and are made of glass as complete wall to the corridor). However, there is "privacy blind" that can be rolled down which prevents view from out to the room. My, particular, room had issues with the toilet flusher and that has been reported. I have been informed that handyman will attend to it in the morning but no one appeared. Whatsoever, I managed to overcome that issue and had my needs done.

It amused me that the cab driver said he'd never been in this part of town before--after 36 years of driving cab in Brussels.

Almost everything could have been better. Almost everything could have been worse, too, so there's that. I suppose my only useful comment would be that the price was too much for what you get.

Perfect for a shower and a few hours sleep before flying from Brussels airport (5 minute uber drive). Easy self check-in, clean space.

Soundproofing between adjoining rooms is virtually non-existent.

Great one-night stay option

The room was nice, warm and had everything you needed for a one-night stay but that is exactly what you should use this for. The walls seem to be paper thin and you can hear everything that your neighbour is doing, for one night that is alright but not for more than that. Great location with frequent buses all night to the airport.

The noise isolation is very poor due to the paper thin walls but that could be down to personal preferences and my pickiness.
