The host is the apartment's greatest asset! Not only is he welcoming and cheerful, but he is almost always near at hand to answer any questions. He speaks passable English and fluent Spanish. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area, and can negotiate discounts at businesses and restaurants nearby (not just in Tergu, but Lu Bagnu and Castelsardo too.)
If we had the time we would stay longer and would happily return. We had a problem with the ferry changing our return ticket- no English and we have insufficient Italian. He was happy to call the ferry company and sort it out for us. The apartment was excellent with all equipment needed including clothes drier. If you come here do not hesitate to ask for help, as you will get it-with a smile. We now consider him more a friend than a host. Uno hombre gentile y muy listo.
