Gianmario,thank you for being such a great host by providing us with great tips and advices and even doing a restaurant reservation for us. We really enjoyed our stay at your place! The big, stylish, modern and very clean appartment is located in a quiet area and has a nice little garden with a lemon tree. Within walking distance is a supermarket and a great beach. We would definitely recommend this place

Great location and incredibly gracious host.

Very spacious appartment with lots of daylight entering the rooms. Beautiful small garden with lemontree as source for bio lemons :). We, a family of 5 persons, stayed in this appartment for 3 nights during easter holidays. Never regretted this choice. Would surely recommend. Simple, clean, contemporary interior, definitely not too crowded. Basic utensils available in kitchen. Gianmario and Eva are very friendly hosts that welcome and introduce you in the house. Fluent conversation via whatsapp to advice where needed. The pictures on booking.com represent reality. Close to Castelsardo (car distance) and beaches of Lu Bagnu (walking distance). Waste material is being sorted with a daily planning to put certain waste outside. The waste that we were not able to put outside during our stay, we were allowed to leave behind.

Microwave not present - could be a suggestion to add this. Lu Bagnu has like other places in Sardinia many slopes and houses are build on hills. As a consequence the entrance of the appartment/house is located at level -1 to be reached via a stair. The back of the appartment is at garden level. No issue at all for us, but not recommended for people that are not very mobile. Waste collection not very clear and bound to schedule. Gianmario and Eva solved any issues related to this.
