Panoramic view over the relaxing and grazing cultivated green hills of San Teodoro, where you will have the opportunity to admire horses and cows only. The area is cool and light windy during the warm and sunny summer months as well, a real and natural environment of the Sardinian island, near the city center of San Teodoro but isolated from the crowded and famous touristic center of the Gallura region. Ideal place for a family or for people looking for a peaceful place, not to much far away from the sea and from the city center.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer abgezäunten Ferienanlage mit mehreren Wohnungen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Kontakt ist gut. Die Wohnungmit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern sauber.

L’appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4, il est très bien équipé ( machine à laver, lave vaisselles, lit d’appoint pour bébé, parasol, chaises pour la plage…) les premiers commerce sont à 6-7 km et les premières plages un peu plus loin.
Il est dans une propriété sécurisé avec une place de parking réservé, et à 20 mètres de la piscine qui mesure 5/10 (qui est partagé avec la trentaine d’appartements).
En moyenne il y a 7- 8 personnes à la piscine.
Nous n’avons jamais rencontré le propriétaire mais il est facilement joignable par sms, appel ou what’s app.

l appartement est conforme aux photos très propre. Proches des plages et du joli village de San teodoro. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Merci.
