About this villa rental
We have owned the villa since the year 2000 and we put in considerable effort us to ensure that it is maintained to the highest possible standard. As owners we are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.
You are therefore able to book this villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that it is in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca.
The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants but there is also a supermarket nearby within a 5 minute walk. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with a large private pool and unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. We recommend a car in this location but it isn’t essential if you enjoy a walk or there is a bus which circulates Playa Blanca and stops within 5 minutes walk of the villa.
The villa is modern, stylish and comfortable, the whole design of this property has been to take the best advantage of the spectacular view. The accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 2 with twin beds, 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite to master bedroom, 1 next door to a twin bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a w.c., walk-in shower, wash basin. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin, and w.c. The lounge has a large picture window looking onto the terrace and views over Playa Blanca and across the sea to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. There is a door from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area. Sun loungers and parasol plus dining furniture are situated on the terrace. The main entrance to the house is at the rear into a small vestibule. From the lounge there is an archway into the dining room which is circular and again has the same wonderful views. The dining room leads into the kitchen which is completely fitted with separate oven/hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A large flat screen TV with Live TV and Netflix is provided for your entertainment. Free wi-fi is available in the villa. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows. There are air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms + a portable electric radiator is provided if heating is needed in winter months. Air conditioning units work on a pay as you use basis. We recommend that you use the fitted safe for valuables, a hairdryer and iron are provided.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels are not provided as standard but they can be hired from us if needed.
The kitchen door leads out onto a covered dining area on the terrace which is very convenient and comfortable with the view being the back drop, it is well lit and very pretty at night, ideal for barbecues.
The approximate pool dimensions are as follows: Length 8.8m, Width 5.2m, Depth 1.2m-1.6m., this is a large size for a private pool. It is an attractive figure of eight shape with roman steps i.e. not a ladder, into the pool

Had a really lovely week staying here. The view, pool area and villa are all top notch. We hired a car (organised by the owners) but walked to most places. All areas including the Kitchen and bathrooms all spotless.Great communication from the owners/manager. Looking forward to coming back next year.

It was the pool, outside seating area and view of the sea that sold this property to us. We were not disappointed. Lovely quiet area. A bit of a walk to the sea but very manageable. We never felt the need to get a taxi. Villa was very clean and well equipped and the master bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Das Haus liegt ziemlich weit oben am Vulkan Montana Roja. Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik und Fuerteventura ist fantastisch. Der beheizte Pool (ca 30°C) ist ebenfalls ein Highlight.
Wir haben uns deshalb tagsüber fast nur auf der Terrasse aufgehalten.
Das lag aber auch am Zustand des Hauses. Wir fühlten uns im Haus nicht wohl. Das Mobiliar ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschen - eine Katastrophe. Überall war hier Schmutz und Schimmelpilz, auch unter dem Waschbecken in der Küche. Überhaupt war das Haus nicht sauber. Die Reinigung wurde wohl immer nur sehr schnell durchgeführt. Jedenfalls lag in jeder Ecke noch Staub (incl. der Haare vom Vormieter).
Die eigentlich wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse wird wohl überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Die Sitzbank und der Tisch sind fest gemauert und wir hätten beides gern genutzt. Allerdings hätten wir dann vorher alles säubern müssen.
Das Management war sehr bemüht und aufmerksam. Man sollte aber englisch sprechen können, sonst wird es schwierig.
Noch ein paar allgemeine Infos:
Ein Auto ist hier wirklich notwendig. Es gibt einen Supermarkt ca. 500m entfernt, aber sehr teuer. Besser kauft man im "Spar" am Punta de Limones oder am besten im "Hiper Dino" in Playa Blanca. Der "Dino" hat eine Tiefgarage, für Kunden kostenlos nutzbar. Restaurants gibt es massenhaft - auch in der Nähe. Besonders gut hat uns ein Grieche gefallen, der im "La Mulata" zu finden ist. Tisch reservieren!
