Luxury waterfront one bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony is located in a traditional seaside village, Kiveri, near Nafplio, Mycenae, Epidaurus and the most archeological sites in Argolis.
Apartment is front of quite no sandy private peaceful beach, only few steps away, enjoying your swimming each time. Also through a seaside path front of the apartment in a walking distance, the guests could enjoy their swimming in two public beaches with sun beds in Kiveri village.
During your stay in our apartment you will have the chance to relax in a quiet place on the beach and at the same time to be in short distances from many point of interest in Argolis.
From the balcony the guests will admire the magnificent view to Argolis’s gulf. The view from the balcony will strike you, especially the sunrise.
Also in few kilometers away there are plenty of beautiful beaches and traditional villages which you can visit during your holiday.
Apartments are located in a quiet place at the edge of Kiveri village but everything you need is located in walking distance. Taverns, restaurants, minimarkets, bakery and grocery are within walking distance along a walkway which winds along the attractive rocky beach. Also apartment is only few kilometer away from Nafplio, Argos and the most archeological place in Argolis.
Kiveri village is a small fishing village to the sea side of the historical Argolis’s gulf. From there the most famous areas of ancient Mycenae (20km), Epidaurus (45km), Nafplio (13km), ancient Tyrins (12km), Argos (13km) Tolo (20km), ancient Nemea (27km), Korinthos (59km) , Mystras (100km) and ancient Olympia (160km) area easily accessible by car. Athens is only 150km far away by car.
Bus station is only 500m from the apartments. There are routes for Argos all the day making the accessibility at the village easy.

Amazing, exactly what we need when in holiday for our family. The flat is nicely decorated and bathroom and kitchen are new with everything that you need. Beautiful relaxing view to the sea, path right down the flat to get to town, amazing bakery, the best that we had in our trip in Greece. Even beach towels provided. Very nice part of Greece too to visit. Highly recommended

Christos and his mother Maria were wonderful! Maria checked us into the apartment, and both were available for any questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and the view is amazing! The sound of the water was tranquil and we enjoyed meals on the outside deck. There is also a walkway just below where you can walk along the shore down to the beach area. Loved our time here and definitely recommend to others!
