About this apartment rental
This apartment built in 1970 and renovated in 2011, has an unparalleled 180 ° view in the bay of Argolikos, from the spacious veranda and the lovely courtyard with orange and lemon trees and is only 10 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the two beaches of the village and a fishing port. You will quietly enjoy the view across the beach while at the same time all the basic modern amenities are available.
On the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower , a living room with a coucht-bed , a dining room/table and a kitchen. In the living room can also be placed a serarate bed (can be used as one-person bed without many demands).
Bathroom are fully equipped with all the necessary items : shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and toilet paper.
The apartment has large, bright rooms, yard and garden on three levels and large balconies with a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment has an electric water heater for hot water, central heating and air conditioning.
Furthermore the house has washing machine,free Wi-Fi and a TV.
Τhere are also public parking spaces just over the road next to the entrance of the house.
Other features worth mentioning include an external veranda 150m2 with a view to the sea and the port, a garden with lemon and orange trees , as well as one stairs leading from the entrance to the house.
Kiveri is a small fishing village on the east coast of Peloponnese with two pebbled beaches for swimming. It has traditional Greek taverns, a pharmacy, a bakery, mini markets, a butchery and some small bars and cafe.
Transportation is located 01:30’ hours from Athens by car and 15 minutes from the historic city of Nafplio . Additional it is on 30’ from the Historical Site and Museum of Mycenae and 45’ from the Museum and the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus. To the south it is on 20’ away from the seaside town of Astros and in one hour you can get to the picturesque city of Leonidio.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kiveri:
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, ideal für zwei Personen und mündet auf einem großen, überdachten Balkon. Hier konnten wir den Tag schon morgens beginnen und auch bei Regen gemütlich draußen sitzen. Der (Gemeinschafts-)Garten ist terrassenförmig angelegt, sodass man auch hier hübsche Oasen mit Meerblick findet.
Die Kommunikation ist nicht nur im Vorfeld sehr gut, sondern die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Das von Dimitrios empfohlene Fischlokal ist wirklich besonders: regionaler, frischer Fisch (Angebot abhängig vom Fang) und eine Lage etwas abseits der Strandpromenade.
Die Nachbarwohnung mit Balkon ist leider direkt nebenan, deren Badezimmer leider direkt neben unserem Schlafzimmer. Je nach Tagesablauf ist die Akustik von Wasser/Abwasser etwas störend.
Kiveri liegt optimal, um den Osten und die Mitte des Peloponnes zu erkunden. Nach Akrokorinth haben wir mit dem Auto lediglich eine Stunde gebraucht, Napflio ist mit ca. 20 Autominuten direkt um die Ecke.

Zuerst ist zu sagen, dass die Kommunikation hervorragend lief. Wir erhielten viele hilfreiche Infos über Anfahrt, Ort und Umgebung. Diese konnten wir super nutzen. Wir wurden herzlichst von Dimitrios empfangen. Zur Begrüßung standen neben Wasser auch schon Obst, Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein zur Verfügung 😀� Das hatten wir noch nie.
Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100 % den Angaben im Internet. Die Terassen sind einfach ein Traum. Haben sie ausgiebigst genutzt.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausreichend und zweckmäßig.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Danke an Dimitrios

Dimitrioss flat is perfect for a couple, well equipped, fantastic view over Kiveri and across the bay to Nafplio, 3 different sun terraces to relax and watch the boats go by. A choice of 5 or 6 Tavernas all offering good food, shops if self catering, in short a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. But if you want to venture further field, Nafplio and a wealth of archeological sites are close by
