New maisonette!In the front side both balconies have view to the sea & both back balconies face the lovely mountain.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a bar & a fire place,a bathroom with shower & a bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the first floor there is a fully equiped kitchen,a bathroom with a shower & a bedroom with a double bed.
In both sides you will find beautiful yard.
Washing machine,dishwasher and their cleaning powders are offered free of charge!
4' walk to the sea!

This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out!
There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. This is a great town for those who want peace and quiet and families. I cannot say enough about our stay, we loved it!! The kitchen and main bedroom are on second floor and accessed via a spiral staircase so beware! It was not a problem for us but It can be a problem for mobility challenged.
