An exceptionally nice and caring host.
Being elderly I found the stairway a bit challenging and mentioned this to the host. The following morning he installed a handrail!
The apartment was by far the best of several we, four adults, have stayed at in Greece.

The location was perfect. The Costa coffee is right across the street and Central coffee down the block. Easy parking and good neighbors. My favorite part was the wrap around balcony. I included a picture of the outlet type. The host included an adaptor with USB port in the bedroom but pack more if you have a lot of devices. Host provided paper products, shampoo, detergent, etc.
I did not like that you cannot run the laundry while you are away from the apartment but it was easy enough to do while at home.
