About this apartment rental
Lovely 70 square metres, first floor (USA 2nd floor) airconditioned 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony offering spectacular views across the Argolic Gulf and down to the beach below. The apartment will sleep 5 comfortably in a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Double doors from the main bedroom and living area open on to the large balcony with outdoor table and chairs. From here there are magnificent uninterrupted views over the beach and sea where guests can watch the glorious sunrise each morning or relax during the evening watching the moon rise during the summer months.
There is a modern well equipped kitchen with full size cooker and fridge freezer. All linen, cooking utensils and crockery are included. The living area has comfortable chairs, dining table and chairs and satelite TV. There is a shower room which includes shower, toilet and wash basin and a separate room with toilet, wash basin and washing machine.
The secure garden has flowers, fruit trees and lawn with a BBQ terrace and outdoor tables and chairs. The whole area is fully enclosed with the added security of an electronic gate. The garden and the exterior of the apartment block are covered by security cameras. There is plenty of free parking and a good broadband connection.
Steps close to the main gate lead down to the beach which is ideal for swimming or general relaxation. There is also an outside shower which guests can use to freshen up after coming from the beach. Beach umbrellas are also provided if required.
The picturesque village of Xiropigado is within walking distance and here you will find small shops and seafront restaurants serving varied menus including traditional food and wines.
This is a beautiful unspoilt corner of Greece and an excellent place to spend your holiday and explore other places of interest including the old town of Nafplio which is just across the bay and the ancient sites of Mycenae and the wonderful theatre of Epidavros, where Greek drama productions are staged in the summer months.

A perfect apartment situated on top of a cliff, looking straight out to sea. There are steps taking you down to an pebble beach, ideal for a dip. The facilities were good with air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom. The twin bedrooms has a ceiling fan. The wifi worked well. The owner is very friendly and gave us some fresh figs, olives and olive oil, all were delicious. The location was just right for us, in a quite area but just a short walk to the cafes, bars and shops. We had a hire car and were able to visit the main archeological sites in this region along with a trip or two to Nafplion.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely two-bedroom apartment in Xiropigado from June 02-11. We were a party of four adults (one senior). Apartment is facing east (stunning sunrises!) and has a gorgeous balcony wrapping around the apartment.Very private, quiet location next to the waterfront.Parking was provided inside the property, behind a locked gate.Nice little beach with crystal clear water is located some 60 steps down. Main village beach is 7 minutes walking. There are a few restaurants on the main beach where lounge beds are available (no rental fee; just order drinks).Apartment was clean and well stocked with pots, cutlery and other utensils. Washing machine is useful for longer stays. Our host Vassilis was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Thank you so much!We would love to come back!

The sea views from the extensive balcony of this apartment are magnificent. The apartment is modern, very comfortable and well located for trips to the charming nearby town of Nafplio and archaeological sights such as Mycenae and Epidaurus. We particularly enjoyed a trip to Ancient Corinth and the nearby fortress of Acrocorinthos. A visit to the local friendly bar in Xeropigado and the Dolphin restaurant is essential as is a daily visit to the excellent bakery in nearby Kiveri. Many thanks to our charming and attentive host Vasilis.

The property is exactly as stated and shown. The hosts were very welcoming and looked after us throughout our stay. As they live in the same block everything was done perfectly. They are perfect hosts. The balcony has outstanding views out to sea and the mountains in the distance. The apartment is spacious and fairly well equipped. We loved the short walk down to the shore for early morning swims (you need beach shoes). We had a wonderful fortnight and would recommend highly. Thank you Vasilis and Katerina.
