About this villa rental
This 3/4 bedroom detached villa with private heated swimming pool, air con & WIFI, is located in a quiet residential road and a desirable area of natural beauty.
With its beautiful coastlines and natural landscapes it is easy to see why It’s is known as the hidden jewel of the Costa Blanca, It is only a 2km to the beach with plentiful quality bars and restaurants, but it also has 2 restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance and a woodland park with table tennis, children’s play area, BBQ facilities and a café with bar and food open into the evening.
Javea is a town that has 3 main areas, the Arenal beach which is lined with white sandy beach and palm trees with an array of lovely bars and restaurants serving great quality international and local cuisine and a vast choice of fine cocktails. To the other side is the port area where there is a marina, this is where you will find the local fishing takes place. Along the seafront is a promenade with many fine restaurants overlooking the fabulous sea views and pebble shore line, snorkelling and diving is very popular in this area.
Last of all is the pretty old town of Javea where the weekly market takes place , you will find many narrow streets with traditional Spanish homes and shops with cafés and bars serving tapas and wines, there are beautiful buildings and a great local feel worth a look.

This was our second stay at the villa in a year, and that tells you all you need to know.Everything you need is included and all excellent quality, kitchen utensils, sunbeds and towels, the TV had UK channels so I could watch the World Cup games.We've stayed in lots of villas in this area of Spain over many years and this is among the best.Our only real gripe (which I mentioned in last year's review) was the outside areas need to have proper lighting rather than just solar lights, it would be nice to sit out after dusk and see what you’re doingI find this situation in a quality villa such as this, is truly at odds with all the excellent facilities mentioned above.

It was our second stay and we can certainly say the 21 day holiday was fantastic . The villa does not disappoint , beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked. The two lounges provide ample space if you like to spread out in the villa. The outside facilities do not disappoint either , the pool was 28 -30C very clean and the pool man was exceptionally quite & came every week. The terrace facilities are great for a large family or 6 adults & the villa is secure and not overlooked .The furniture and equipment are of high quality as are the cleaners - very very clean villa.Weather was fantastic as were the local restaurants ( two you can walk to 5 & 10 mins ).No negatives as far as we were concerned .We shall be back in 2027 . Excellent stay as always, the villa is well equipped and comfortable. The outside area provides plenty of different seating areas and the pool is great. Located in a good area a short drive from Arenal beach. A few restaurants in walking distance.

We had a lovely 10 day stay here, villa is beautiful but some minor issues, shower in main bathroom didnt work, table tennis table broken and kettle had to be replaced. Jill the property manager dealt with the issues and was lovely. Location of villa isnt great! Alot of building work accross the road which went on from 7am mon- fri also you definitely need a car if staying here as roads are very unsafe to walk on as no footpaths and also no shop or supermarket close by, all in we had a lovely family holiday and owners and property manager very good to deal with. Pool is stunning
