About this villa rental
This 3/4 bedroom detached villa with private heated swimming pool, air con & WIFI, is located in a quiet residential road and a desirable area of natural beauty.
With its beautiful coastlines and natural landscapes it is easy to see why It’s is known as the hidden jewel of the Costa Blanca, It is only a 2km to the beach with plentiful quality bars and restaurants, but it also has 2 restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance and a woodland park with table tennis, children’s play area, BBQ facilities and a café with bar and food open into the evening.
Javea is a town that has 3 main areas, the Arenal beach which is lined with white sandy beach and palm trees with an array of lovely bars and restaurants serving great quality international and local cuisine and a vast choice of fine cocktails. To the other side is the port area where there is a marina, this is where you will find the local fishing takes place. Along the seafront is a promenade with many fine restaurants overlooking the fabulous sea views and pebble shore line, snorkelling and diving is very popular in this area.
Last of all is the pretty old town of Javea where the weekly market takes place , you will find many narrow streets with traditional Spanish homes and shops with cafés and bars serving tapas and wines, there are beautiful buildings and a great local feel worth a look.

Overall we had a great holiday. The villa is clean, well equipt with evetything you need. The location was good as we hired a car but wouldnt recomend walking to the arenal as the paths and lighting not great.The only thing I would say is that there were a few things in the villa that needed attention. Broken tiles/steps near the side door, there was a nail sticking out of door frame in one of the bathrooms which my son caught himself on (he wasnt hurt). Some of the metal plates on the floor in the door ways were stuck up and my other son tripped over it, we ended up taping it down. The ice machine didnt work which we fixed. The extra single bed with the pull out bed underneath was broken so was difficult to sleep on. Admittedly we did not report the problems we just got on with our holiday but the issues do need to be fixed. It wouldnt stop us staying again though as long as the little issues were fixed. Otherwise we had a great time.

This was our second stay at this villa for our family of 5. Excellent villa perfectly suited our family (8) needs. Would definitely use again. Only marked down because of failure of one of the air conditioning units during our stay and one or two very minor maintenance issues. The manager was easily contactable and responded very quickly. Otherwise a brilliant week in a lovely villa. Thank you.

We had a lovely 10 day stay here, villa is beautiful but some minor issues, shower in main bathroom didnt work, table tennis table broken and kettle had to be replaced. Jill the property manager dealt with the issues and was lovely. Location of villa isnt great! Alot of building work accross the road which went on from 7am mon- fri also you definitely need a car if staying here as roads are very unsafe to walk on as no footpaths and also no shop or supermarket close by, all in we had a lovely family holiday and owners and property manager very good to deal with. Pool is stunning
