Elegant structure in Nardò in Salento, located on a hill a few meters from the sea from which you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the Salento coast. An ideal place for couples and families to enjoy the sea, sun and tranquility.
In a few minutes by car you reach the most popular destinations of Salento such as the beautiful Gallipoli just 4 km away and the pearl of the baroque "Lecce" about 25 km away and with a 10-minute walk you can reach the beautiful marina of Santa Maria al Bagno. There you can enjoy a good ice cream, cool off in the crystal clear sea of the small beach, drink a cocktail and dine in one of the excellent seafront restaurants.
This apartment has been finely furnished and equipped. In addition to enjoying a magnificent sea view, it has access to a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Each apartment has a private patio for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a separate access to the shared pool where you can relax at any time of day.

Prima appartement. Complex bestaat uit meerdere appartementen, wij zaten op de eerste verdieping. Leuk uitzicht op dorpje en de zee. Appartement is minimaal ingericht qua tafels, stoelen en kook inventaris.

Voor ons de tweede keer dat we naar Zuid Italie gingen. voor het eerst in dit appartement. Het sleuteladres is bij een stadshotel in het stadje in de buurt. Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen die gelukkig prima Engels spreken en meteen de eerste avond aldaar voortreffelijk met korting gegeten in het hotel. Het appartement ligt in een klein kustdorpje ernaast. Kijk uit want somige wegen zijn nog NIET geasfalteerd. Het appartement zelf is modern en schoon maar zelfs voor Italiaanse begrippen zeer karig ingericht. (twee wijnglazen voor 6 man) oud servies en bestek en tuinmeubelen als eetset e.d. De ligging is verder prima en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Helaas hadden wij ook nog eens slecht weer dus van het balkon en het zwembad hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt. Tip, neem dus wat essentiele keukengerei en theedoeken mee. (en een hoop spelletjes voor als het regent)

Appartement dans une maison divisée en 4, nous avions l'appartement à l'étage avec une terrasse. Vue sur la mer comme indiquée avec très joli coucher de soleil. Piscine agréable mais un peu petite et encaissée.
Appartement supérieur trop chaud en été, la terrasse inutilisable avant 21 heures, juste un petit parasol pour se protéger, c'est un peu juste par 39° en juillet. Pas de table pour déjeuner à l'intérieur pour être plus au frais, juste une petite table basse.Supplément demandé pour les draps, l'électricité et le ménage obligatoire à 70 € (un peu exagéré pour la région).
