vacation house Biondina is a simple and essential solution for relaxing
vacations at a stone`s throw from the sea and all services.
A small veranda with
a gate, furnished with a small table and chairs, leads to the hallway
of the house. The living area of Casa Biondina is furnished with a
kitchenette, dining area, sofa and TV. From the kitchen you exit to a small ortale with outdoor shower.
The sleeping area consists of 2
bedrooms, a triple with a double + single bed, and a twin with two
single beds. Both rooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans.
A large shower room and a storage room with washing machine complete the house.
The surroundings of Casa Biondina on the sea of Nardò
Casa Biondina is located in Santa Maria al Bagno,
the most famous among the marinas of Nardò. The locality is a pretty
seaside village lived even in winter and for this reason equipped with
all services. The picturesque postcard-size beach is just a 400-meter
walk away.
Nardò with its beautiful baroque historic
center, rich in monuments, is just 7 km away. For nature lovers, an
excursion to the natural park of Portoselvaggio with swimming in the bay
is a must. Also very close by are the beaches of Gallipoli and the beaches of Porto Cesareo.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
