About this house rental
Montauk oceanfront beach house in Hither Hills, on one of the most beautiful beaches on the east end of Long Island. Surf, kayak and wind surf on the beach. A short walk on the beach to Gurneys Resort and Spa, with bar and restaurants.
Stunning shingle style, three level house with two levels of decks. 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, sleeps 10 (the lower family room, which faces the ocean, sleeps 2). All bedrooms overlook the ocean.
Outdoor shower for washing the sand off your feet. Heavenly!
The house is complete with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for kids. Just bring your bathing suit and flip flops and you’re all set for the beach! Or if you prefer to lounge over looking the ocean, there are four lounges with an electric awning.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen and living room. Mid level is the entertainment room, laundry and access to the outdoor shower. Downstairs are two bedrooms, 3 baths, with another family room which we use as a bedroom.
Upper and lower decks with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. Upper deck off kitchen and living room with outdoor dining with seating for 8. Indoor dining room with seating for 10. Chefs kitchen with Viking stove, Subzero refrigerator and outdoor grill.
Fully air conditioned. Includes weekly house cleaning service.

This was our 6th year staying at this house which is on a deep sandy beach. Great location. Excellent home for a family vacation. Short walk to Guerney's Hotel for a cocktail at their beach bar. Close to downtown Montauk and a short drive to East Hampton or Sag Harbor. Highly recommended!

This is the ultimate beach house with awesome views in a great location on a beautiful deep sandy beach. Close to the town of Montauk and a short drive to East Hampton, Sag Harbor or 5 minute ferry ride across to Shelter Island. Owner keeps the house in great shape and he is super-easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

This is an absolutely awesome house on the best beach in Montauk. Owner is fantastic. I highly recommend it. You can watch whales and dolphins from the deck. Also, a great location - close to town and short walk along the beach to Gurney's for lunch or a beach front cocktail.

The vacation home was fabulous and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very high-end and had everything you would ever want with all the best of kitchen equipment. The total home was beautiful and the views of the ocean from almost every room were wonderful. I would recommend this home has an ideal rental and plan to come back sometime next year. Dick
