Enjoy our very private family retreat with breathtaking sunsets, magnificent Lake Montauk views and plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy lazy days around the pool and hot tub. There are 6 large bedrooms and the house can accommodate up to 12 guests. The property is a 5 minute drive to Gin Beach and 5 minutes to Ditch Plains for world class surfing. Poolside bbqs and watching evening baseball games on the outdoor TV are the perfect ending to a summer day in paradise.

Nine of us, across three generations of family from toddler to grandparents, loved this place for its multiple, comfortable bedrooms, public and private spaces, tastefully durable furnishings, large store of kitchen and other essential supplies, great pool and hot tub areas, two levels of covered porches, well-kept landscaping and quietly secure, convenient and scenic site.
