About this house rental
Spend your vacation in a beautiful newly-built luxury home overlooking Fort Pond Bay and steps from Duryea's and Montauket. This home is perfect for families - 2 open living areas, eat in kitchen, wrap around porch/deck (with one of the best sunsets in Montauk), salt water pool and only a 1.5 miles to town
1st Floor:
Open living room with TV, full bar and foosball table, access to pool/patio and wrap around porch (with hammock). 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms - one on suite bedroom. Laundry closet in hallway.
2nd Floor:
Large open living space with fully equipped eat in kitchen, open dining and living area with vaulted ceilings, all with beautiful views of Fort Pond Bay. Large master bedroom (king), with access to wrap around deck. Office with balcony overlooking pool and patio.
Basement:
2 large bedrooms: one guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a queen bed and 2 built in bunk beds. Full bath on basement level with a walk in shower. Washer and dryer in utility room.
Pool/Patio:
Saltwater pool with stone patio and grass area for games. 2 outdoor showers.

Exceptional home. The host was incredibly welcoming, ensuring every detail was perfect. The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay for our multi-generational family group. The location was ideal with stunning view of the sunsets over the bay. Highly recommend this gem as it fully delivers on an exceptional Montauk experience

A brand-new house in a terrific part of Montauk. We spent the entire summer of 2020 here & couldn't have been happier. Plenty of room for our three young boys, lots of entertaining space & handy proximity to The Montuaket, Duryea's & Ditch Plains beach. Hoping to do it all again next year! Thanks for having us Jack, Kimberley & Lucas.
