About this house rental
One of our development boasts 6 beds/5.5 baths walking distance to Duryea’s Lobster Deck & Montauket. Walking distance to rock beach on the bay. Heated pool and hot tub. Perfect for families.
-Gunite salt water pool -Please avoid leaving screens and doors open as it can be buggy at night.
-Hot tub adjacent to pool
-2 living rooms w/ see through fireplace on each side
-SONOS throughout inside of home
-Smart TVs in all BRs, Living Rm and Family Rm
Strictly no Bach/bachelorette parties or any parties of any kind
Pool open MD-Oct 1.
Outdoor security cameras located on the premises surrounding the exterior.
***For confirmed bookings-you will be contacted a day before or morning of checkin with instructions on how to access the home/schedule a time to meet for keys at the property
Cleaning fee is for 2 week stays and include a cleaning mid stay/upon check out, 4 garbage pick ups, two pool/hot tub cleanings. Please note that during your stay the property may have outside service providers. It’s imperative they be allowed to service the property as this is part of routine maintenance and they may not be turned away.

Everyone in our group loved our stay here. It was a beautiful house with lovely views, great pool and hot tub, comfortable beds and immaculately clean. We had no problems with anything during our stay. Property manager was easy to work with. All of us would definitely come here again.

We were a large group The house accommodated us beautifully. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and enjoyed by all. The house was very spacious and comfortable It was a pleasure to stay here. The location was great and the landscaping beautifully done. Our stay created many great memories. We loved our Montauk vacation!

This rental was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with young children in Montauk! The house itself was extremely clean and well maintained, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The location (and views!) of the house were unbeatable - close to town and walkable to Montauket and Duryea's. Cannot recommend this house enough!
