Spotlessly clean, comfortable room. In a nice house. Nice shared bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities and biscuits in the room. Great communication from the host. There is an absolutely gorgeous, friendly cat who lives next door who let me fuss her.

Nice, homely room. Spotless. Friendly host. Great value.
House rules were sent and sounded daunting but, once you see the property, it all makes perfect sense. Main problem was my initial reply went astray and I was concerned booking would be cancelled. .

It was walking distance to city and the room was a decent size. Having codes and lockboxes to get in was very user friendly.
The whole place needs a long overdue deep clean. Heaters were full of dust, there was grime everywhere and the mattress was stained. Kitchen implements were old and minimal. The house was being used as a laundromat for the owners other properties so there was laundry on air dryers all over the sunroom
