The rooms were clean and very convenient for us (visiting my son who is a student living nearby).
Entry instructikns and communication were very good.

The location of the accommodation is only a 15 minute walk to Sefton Park.
The road is quiet - no noise pollution from traffic.
The wifi is good when it actually works.
The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
The location is not great because it is far from the Liverpool centre - 40 minute walk - so we had to rely on uber.
Wifi was poor for the first day and a half.
Some tenants did not know how to use the toilet, so left some mess on the toilet seat.
The bathroom floor was very annoyingly creaky.
One of the lamps in the bedroom did not work.
