Super appartement et surtout superbe terrasse
Manque juste un balais, une balayette et un torchon dans l appartement sinon bien équipé

L’appartement est conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnel. Il se situe dans un quartier calme et cependant proche du centre historique, idéal pour les balades. Arrivée et départ autonomes qui ne posent aucun problème au vu des échanges avec les personnes qui gèrent l’établissement. Adresse à retenir et à conseiller.
Pas grand chose à redire si ce n’est les serviettes de toilettes pour la douche qui ne sont pas très grandes. Un torchon également pour la vaisselle serait judicieux. Il est à signaler qu’il y a un appartement juste à côté. Les personnes qui l’occupaient avaient vu directement dans notre appartement quand la fenêtre de notre appartement était ouverte. Nous avons été obligés de la fermer. Un peu dommage.

Evler birbirine çok yakın olduğu için geç saatlerde ses geliyor eğer çok sesli bir gruba denk gelirseniz ama 3 gecenin birinde bu sorunu yaşadık, çok problem olmadı.

Very kind and responsive owner; he also advised us and booked a flamenco show for us. Location: a 10–15 minute walk to the cathedral and the Alcázar palace. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a bike rental shop nearby for exploring Madrid.
The bed is poor. The terrace is not covered and it eas not clean. It was full of pollen, so it wasn’t pleasant to sit there.
