On the first floor, to the right, there is a cozy second living area featuring a sofa bed, comfortable armchairs, and a Smart TV — an ideal space to unwind and enjoy relaxing moments. On this same level is the second bedroom, furnished with two joined single beds (90 cm), a Smart TV, air conditioning, and an elegant en-suite bathroom.
On the second floor, to the right, you will find the third bedroom, an elegant and comfortable space equipped with two joined single beds (90 cm), a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a sophisticated en-suite bathroom designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
