Good value for money, the owner spoke to me in the bar on the evening of my arrival and the locals were all friendly as well, good location for the surrounding attractions.
The tv needs to be repositioned on another wall as its not possible to watch where it is at the moment, but thats my only complaint.

Very good overnight accomodation in stunning scenery.
This is a traditional pub which has been well used for centuries but has a good vibe which goes with that use.

Friendly welcoming staff. Lovely quiet village location with 3 pubs and nice walks.
The first night there was only me in the property, no guests and no staff! A bit creepy but very quiet. The second night the music and talking under my room was so loud until 2am that I couldn’t sleep and consequently was super tired the next day
