Spacious room with comfy bed and excellent tea/coffee & biscuit provision. Delicious dinner and breakfast served by relaxed, friendly and attentive staff. Great location opposite the Sele Park and hotel parking (if you arrive early!)
We liked everything! However a stool/chair in bathroom would be handy - for more mature visitors!
Plus a desk or similar in the room as my partner and I both needed a horizontal surface - me for dressing table things and he for his computer!

Almost everything - the staff are great, the room and bathroom were lovely. The food was excellent. Good parking considering its central location.
The bed.
Too small (just about a double) and way too firm. We hardly slept. This really let the place down and is the sole reason we won’t return
