THE HOUSE. It is surrounded by a private garden on three sides and offers comfortable accommodation to four-five people. Fully conditioned.
- the 1st floor bedroom (double bed) has a separate full bathroom, and a beautiful view of the sea
- the ground floor bedroom (two single beds) with connected full bathroom, a private terrace with sun area and a wonderful view of the sea.
- the living room overlooks the garden and the sea. It is furnished with sofas and has a nice fireplace. The living area is extended to the covered terrace, arranged and equipped for outdoor dining and relax. Right from the terrace, through the garden, you have access to the beach, just a few steps away.
- a fully equipped small kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary tools
- covered reserved parking space for two cars
THE COMPLEX. It was built in the traditional colors and materials of Sardinia right by the sea. It is situated on a little hill overseeing the bay of Cala Granu. Distance from the house to the complex pool, composed of the big one for adults and a smaller one for children, both with see water, is just some meters. The pool is surveyed in July-August and is equipped with sunbeds, shower and toilet rooms. Privacy and safety are guaranteed in this little compound. A guardian is permanently residing at the complex.
THE LOCATION. Cala Corallina, Porto Cervo - (OT) - Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive gated community located a mile on the north from the Marina of Porto Cervo and it is absolutely private. Just five minutes car will take you in Piazzetta, the heart of Porto Cervo. Restaurants, bars, clubs, vie dello shopping, the old and the new one Marina; all this that next to you without invading your leisure and privacy.
Only 50 meters away from the terrace of the house, you have an adjacent sandy beach with an amazing crystal clear water and a sandy bottom. Theere is a safety guards service and sunbeds & beach umbrella rental right on the beach.
In a radius from 2 to 10 Km you have a large variety of the best fine-sand beaches and bays of Costa Smeralda, nice cozy villages and towns, the Pevero Golf Club and the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, all easily reachable by car. Taking a nice small ferry boat, you may also visit the islands of Arcipelago della Maddalena or Corsica.
