La casa es muy cómoda, tiene 2 dormitorios con 2 baños, la ubicación sobre el puerto de yates de Poltu quatu es inmejorable. Hay estacionamiento público siempre frente a la casa.
No tuvimos wifi en toda la estadía, había olor a humedad en la casa, cuando llegamos no funcionaba la heladera, ni la cocina (que tuvimos que resolver nosotros) cosa que tendria que haber estado verificada previo a nuestro ingreso
