Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, 15-20 perc sétára a tengerpart, a belváros, éttermek, strand, Loro Park.. A bolt 3 percnyire.. Mindig találtunk a parkolóban helyet. A szállásadó jó kapcsolattartó és segítőkész!

Picit lehetne jobban felszerelt.. 1db konyharuha és törlőrongy helyett pl. Papírtörlő, kenyérpirító nagyon hiányzott, de szendvicssütő volt. A hajszárító nem működött.. Mosógép volt, de mosószer/öblítő nem…

Studio apartment in a convenient and safe location in Puerto de la Cruz. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking what you need (and there is a large supermarket 30 seconds away). The bed is comfy. There is a living area with TV (no chromecast or smart TV functionality). There is a dining table plus separate desk for working. WiFi is included and fast. The unit is on the 7th floor with partially obstructed views of the ocean. The sun rises on the opposite side of the window so you don't get the heat of the sun during the day. Good quality shower. Washing machine included. The apartment is a great base for longer stays in Tenerife. I stayed for 7 days and had a comfortable time.

The only downside was the host charged €20 for checkin after 7:30pm, which I was not expecting. This policy was communicated to me via private message after booking. Puerto de la Cruz is far away from the main airport (TFS) so even though I landed at 5pm, it took almost 3 hours to get to the apartment via shuttle bus. The host communicated well and gave me access to the property when I arrived, but I wish they operated a self-checkin and did not impose this added cost after the booking.

Es war sehr laut. Hörte von früh morgen bis spät abends das piepsen der Linienbusse bei retourfahren. In der Nacht hat öfters ein Mann im Hof unten furchtbar geschrien.
