VISTAMaR ANATOLIA

L'appartamento si trova al 6° piano del residence Anatolia, in effetti è piccolino, ma c'è veramente tutto quello che può servire a due persone per passare al meglio anche lunghi periodi di vacanza (noi siamo stati una settimana), con un'attenzione unica e speciale alle esigenze degli ospiti...giusto per fare alcuni esempi: c'erano tutti i prodotti per bagno e cucina, depliant e cartine turistiche, ombrellone per la spiaggia, ombrello per la pioggia, teli mare, ecc. ecc. La vista dall'appartamento e dal balconcino attrezzato è ampia e molto bella, si vede l'oceano e giù giù la costa fino al faro di Buonavista del Norte. Sia l'appartamento che la struttura, anche se entrambi un po' vecchiotti, erano comunque pulitissimi e ben mantenuti! Anche la zona piscina è molto carina, peccato abbiamo beccato una settimana decisamente fredda e non l'abbiamo potuta utilizzare. Dal residence sono ben raggiungibili a piedi il centro di Puerto de la Cruz, la spiaggia e Loro Parque; nelle immediate vicinanze non ci sono molti negozi, ma giusto in fondo alla strada c'è un supermarket ben fornito (HiperDino). Nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi (inizio marzo) riuscivamo a trovare parcheggio anche all'interno del residence o nei parcheggi vicini lungo strada, ma in effetti in quella zona non ci sono molti parcheggi, quindi in piena stagione probabilmente è più complicato parcheggiare. I gestori non li abbiamo mai visti, ma ci siamo sentiti su whatsapp per il ritiro e la consegna delle chiavi, pochi contatti, ma chiari e precisi!

In effetti nulla...siamo stati veramente bene!!!

В квартирі було все необхідне. Чисто і охайно. Дуже близько до пляжу. Лоро Парк хв 10 пішки. Супермаркет в 7 хв. Автобусна станція 5 хв. Все дуже близько. Якщо буду на Тенеріфе, зупинюся тут ще.

Ключі від підʼїзду треба також передавати туристам. Від квартири були в ящику, попасти в підʼїзд, треба було чекати, щоб хтось заходив-виходив.

The apartment has (as advertised) a sea view, a (small) balcony, parking & WiFi. It was very clean. Nice to have some refreshments in the fridge on arrival (though they were not chilled).

The apartment is advertised as having a bedroom. It does not. It is a very small studio. The photos give the impression there is a sofa as well as the bed/s. There is not. It is a sofa bed (the like we've not come across before) & once the bed is set up there is not much floor space in the 'living' area (& you wouldn't bother setting it up each night & then making it a sofa during the day, too time consuming & fiddly). The bathroom space is very small too with it having a washing machine in it (I'm sure other guests appreciate having a washing machine, but for a short stay I would not use it & it's just in the way). Also, the shower curtain is not long enough, though attempts have been made to lower it further into the bath area. The fridge/freezer is noisy when set on a temperature to chill the contents, we turned it off a few hours each night even though we had goods in it.
