El apartamento está reformado y es bastante cómodo a pesar de su entorno en un edificio muy antiguo.
Mucho ruido, mucha luz (la puerta tiene unos agujeros a modo de aireadores por donde entra mucho mucho ruido) el entorno del apartamento deja mucho que desear y la zona por la noche no invitaba a salir, muy poca luz. No es el Puerto de la Cruz que yo conocía…

La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos de la plaza.del Charco. Aunque es pequeño el espacio está muy bien aprovechado. Reformado, muy limpio, decorado muy agradable y con mucho gusto, Muy luminoso, desde la terracita puedes ver el mar. Me sorprendió mucho lo bien equipado que está,, tiene de todo e incluso detalles en nevera y cocina que se agradecen a tu llegada. El propietario está pendiente de que todo está correcto. Incluso dispones de parking aunque no esté en el mismo apartamento pero está bastante cerca
Puede venir muy tener tan cerca la estación de autobuses pero hasta que te acostumbras a ello puede molestar un poco el ruido.
