Confort suffisant, les voisins de la location sont très sympas, l'emplacement du duplex est quasi idéal, dans un quartier calme à 2 pas d un petit quartier commerçant, et a 7 minutes ( sportives pour les non habitués comme nous..) du centre ville et de la plage. Propriétaire disponible et arrangeante.

Appartement idéal pour 3 personnes, très bien situé dans le quartier Saint-Charles, proche de petits commerces, charcutiers, poissonnier, boulangers, caviste... A proximité de la Grande Plage (< 10 mn à pied), navette gratuite à deux pas. Au fond d'une cour au calme, terrasse appréciable.

Appartement bien situé ! Quartier cool, commerce et la grande plage à côté à pied. On a su correctement y vivre à 3 et l’accueil/ départ c’est très bien passé .
Un peu mitigé sur la salle de bain, la douche à l’air en plastique et le jet n’est pas très fort + la bombe du robinet s’est bloqué des sa première utilisation, on a mis plusieurs jours à le réouvrir. On a eu aussi des problèmes avec la porte d’entrée qui n’a pas l’air non plus de grande qualité.
Mais dans la globalité c’est un appartement qui nous a plus et nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour.
