This is a recently built luxury villa with beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool with spa jets and large garden overlooking the Bay of Ajaccio. The villa is on a single level and all rooms have French doors opening onto the fenced and hedged garden. The house is furnished to a very high standard for your enjoyment. All amenities are available in Porticcio which is within a short easy walk. The villa has uninterrupted sea and mountain views- usually snow-capped until May. Quiet, peaceful and secluded but accessible. A car is not necessary unless you wish to explore further afield. Meet and greet service and local support service is provided with the possibility of extra house keeping and shopping services. The master bedroom is very large with a sitting area and terrace. This room will easily accommodate an extra small single bed and cot. The Roman Spa style bathroom has a large walk in rain shower with massage jets, double ended bath and twin basins. All rooms have French doors which open onto the gardens. Each bedroom has its own bath or shower room with luxury toiletries and fine bed linen and towels. All rooms have TV/DVD players. The living room is huge with a dining table seating 8 and many comfortable sofas by the log fire or TV. You will find books, DVDs and MP3 docking ports. The kitchen is fully equiped with an American fridge/freezer and Range cooker. There is an outside barbecue.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay. Property is as described. It is very well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and communication was great - check in and out were a breeze. Easy walk to town and the beach. We had a hard time leaving the pool area which was glorious!

Loved the pool, the views, the layout of the house, being able to walk to the quiet beach and into town. Jane was super helpful and friendly too. A great place to stay.

Wonderful property. AC in every room. Lots of bathrooms. Great view. Walking distance to beach and shopping and restaurants. Loved the fact that there was soap/ detergents/ coffee basically for the whole stay. There was even food for the first night. Nice touch.
Well maintained property. Easy check in and check out.
Loved it. Will come back.

Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need. Jane was excellent at giving us information and Brigitte was very helpful at the property. We cooked in more than usual as the kitchen was very well equipped and the terrace had amazing views.Great local restaurants just a walk away and the ferry trip to Ajaccio was fun. Very highly recommended.
