It has been awarded a 4 star rating from the Scottish Tourist Board. The property is ideally situated directly opposite the Panmure Arms Hotel to the front and the large village park to the side. The property is double glazed with central heating and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. EPC Report is attached.

Ideal let for our purposes! Stayed here 7 years ago for a wedding at the hotel across the road. Then moved to the village. Rented it this time for friends coming up to visit. They loved it.

Great host. Property has everything most people would need for a short stay. The temperature dropped a lot just as we arrived but we could adjust the boiler to suit. We were able to park very close by and the ground floor made it convenient for us. The double bedroom and the bathroom were a little compact for us as we are not as agile as we once were. They are better suited to younger folk. The reviews in the guest book which were up to date and from all over the world, indicate guests enjoy this house.
