Monumental Building Casa de la Moneda Center&Sweet

Very central to all main places to see. The property was clean, spacious and convenient. The small washer/dryer is a nice add-on. It is fairly quiet. Would recommend

Just lacking an ironing board

Definitely location, very central, close to cathedral and palace. Has a washing machine/dryer, fridge kettle etc. Nice hot shower. Great tapas bar next door.

The large bed seemed more like a double size than queen. Entry lock was not that easy to access. There were 2 locks and the top lock required 2 turns which took us a while to work out. Street noise on a weekend night (which is expected being central).

Seville was the highlight of our trip, and this apartment and its wonderful location played a big part of it. Just 2 minutes to the Cathedral and an easy walk to the park and all the amazing little streets in the old town made it easy to wander around yet go back to rest or relax a while before going out again. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Seville.

The downside of staying in any historical place with large windows and cobbled streets is the street noise, and this was no exception. From the bedroom window you can hear EVERYTHING from passersby (a pedestrian-only courtyard/passageway), and early every morning staff come rumbling through with trays of glasses or bottles to the nearby restaurants. I can sleep through anything so it didn't bother me, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to take the couch as the living room didn't seem to get as much noise on the smaller street it faces.

Location was fab!

It was dirty in places that seemed to need a good clean-there were flies in bedroom when we arrived and the windows wouldn’t shut properly in the bedroom. There was also a sewage smell that came and went. It would have been nice to have some sort of basic facilities such as tea and coffee as it felt a little uninviting.
