Location: views, safe area, easy key safe, clean, communication.
A bit more equipment please in the small kitchen, eg microwave. The bad 'Recent Reviews' were clearly spam by someone, in retrospect.

Good location with lovely view and plenty of space. Good kitchen and loved the balcony. Simple check in and responsive staff :)
The shower was cold and very low flow… the noisy Shearwaters (gulls) were difficult to sleep through and carried on all through the night (so I’d recommend ear plugs!) and it would have been nice for there to have been some basic condiments in the kitchen - and a kettle - but otherwise a decent place to stay!
